Abstract:
In the debate and analysis of the education legislation content, one must start from a set of fundamental principles. The system of patrimony property in private higher education institutions must be settled according to the Constitution from the point of view of the private property protection and according to the specific realities in Romania, from the point of view of the financial resources.
