Abstract:
Technology infusion is a complex innovation that impacts not just individual learning environments, but the entire training and education system. Originating as a training enhancement, the use of technology is now one of the main considerations when considering establishing new training systems or facilities, and registers right up there with training content and objectives. The Web offers the perfect technology and environment for online learning because learners can be uniquely identified, relevant content and matching environments can be specifically personalized, and subsequent response and progress can be predicted, assessed, and supported.
