Abstract: The concept of career has many meanings, generally being associated with the idea of moving up or advancement of a person in a particular field. Career Management career planning and development includes integration involves multiple functional interdependence of individual career planning, career planning and career development organization in education. Management planning and modeling career while individuals progress in an organization according to organizational needs assessments, and performance, potential and personal preferences of its members. Major directions of a successful career in education are: individual contribution to the development of their careers; contribution in evolving organizations, contexts that intersect; quality of specific legislation and manner of application. Perception position as the position of the individual, depends on compatibility between what the individual design (skills, needs, preferences) and what actually is the position (constraints, opportunities, obligations). In terms of value system different career oriented people. Job satisfaction is an important aspect of life as it contributes to the perception of success or failure in career/life.
