Abstract:
Civil legal act was defined as the manifestation of intent which is meant to produce, maintain, modify or extinguish the concrete legal relations. Defined as a civil contract agreement that will, between two or more persons aimed at the creation, modification, transfer or termination of specific legal relationships. (Art.1166 Civil Code.). Since legally the contract is the main manifestation of the juridical act. Were presented prinipalele reasons for the civil contract is the main manifestation of the juridical act, then were presented and treated in particular each civil contract, prezentânu the legal peculiarities and characteristics of each. At art.1171-1177, New Civil Code deals with the main categories of civil contracts with the characteristics of each.
