Abstract:
Mediation does not always guarantee success, in turn, may facilitate communication between the parties and can be a beginning for dialogue that will follow. The role of mediation is to create positive effects in a conflict approach, to improve understanding between the parties and to support creative thinking. For these reasons you should at least consider, if not applied, as an alternative solution to conflicts that seem to no longer settle. The role of mediation is precisely to overcome communication barriers conflict and saving relationship between the two parties. We live in an era of globalization, the need to survive and impose your cause major changes in all fields and in the attitudes and actions, becoming the main element to the success of any level or any field.
