Faculty Services towards Student Satisfaction in Tertiary Education: Bangladesh Perspective

Abstract: Numerous factors play vital role in influencing the students’ satisfaction by Faculty services in tertiary level. This paper evaluates some key factors in order to analyze the faculty services that influence students’ satisfaction in higher education of Bangladesh. The research question includes: Do the faculty services satisfy the students at tertiary level in Bangladesh? By collecting data using Five point ‘Likert scale’ from a sample of 660 students of Eleven randomly selected public and private universities, researchers conducted Multiple Regression Analysis, ANOVA etc. tests and identified numerous key findings as to the students’ satisfaction of Faculty Services.
