Abstract:
In the developed countries, public institutions had an important role but once with privatisation, they had gone into the sideline. The privatization took place when those companies were no longer profitable due to faulty management of a manager who either was not skilful or he led with bad intent, aiming at destroying the institution with various advantages already promised or received from a rival company.
