Abstract:
Popular since the dawn of human civilization, people’s migration is a social, economic and political phenomenon that cannot be overlooked. Whereas it is present in any society regardless of the social, political and economic issues on which it defines. On the basis of the economic and social development, migration gets spread at a certain dimension which may become at a given moment extremely dangerous, particularly when the control instruments of the state are rendered invalid.
