Abstract:
Commercial banks operating in today's volatile and uncertain environment. Technology is evolving at a rapid pace and local reshaping global markets and skills requirements. In this context, HR departments and HR service providers face the challenge of constantly find innovative potential and create competitive organizations, flexible and responsive to the diverse global market. In the coming years, HR experts will have to focus on the strategic role of human resources and the opportunities to demonstrate return on investment in human resources.
