Abstract: In the economic-financial life, risk is a component of any activity, being found in the daily agenda of company managers. This article presents an overview of the existing vulnerabilities and threats in information systems and communications. The results show the information security policies determine the dynamics of the security threats and vulnerabilities towards information handled in communication and information systems.
