What South Asia Can Learn from East/Southeast Asia: International Trade and Foreign Direct Investment

Abstract: Taking into account the experiences of East and Southeast Asia, we have recommended South Asia strategic policies. The important role of intra-regional trade, intra-industry trade, and intra-regional foreign direct investment for East Asian miracles is stressed.
