Abstract: The article presents issues related to conducting works in historic real estates. The first part shows the existing administrative procedures in the construction process associated with historic buildings. The second part introduces the types of works, historic buildings and grants that took place during construction works in historic buildings in Cracow in recent years. The article aims to discuss these issues.
