Abstract:
The paper presents an analysis of the success factors perception regarding service companies which are focused on providing services in the area of real estate brokerage. Services in real property brokerage may be considered as the ones playing a vital role for the functioning of the real estate market. The element intensifying competitiveness on this market and, simultaneously, the one stimulating the pursuit of the increase in competitiveness of the enterprises functioning (providing services) seems to be the change of laws regulating the performance of the job of a real estate agent. In these specific conditions the identification of success factors of the companies on the real estate market plays a special role for their further functioning and development.
