Abstract:
This document details the results of the research project Importance of the application of business models in the effective management of agricultural productive Units Surrounding the Santiago Pérez District in the Municipality of Ataco, Tolima. It focuses primarily on the results of the second objective of the research: diagnosing the business models applied in the management of the agricultural productive units participating in the project. The study employs a qualitative methodology and a descriptive exploratory research approach with a sample of 25 people associated with productive units surrounding the Santiago Pérez district in the Municipality of Ataco, Tolima. SPSS is used to detail the results of descriptive statistics and frequency tables. The results show that most participants understand the importance and benefits of the correct application of a business model
