Abstract: This article briefly classifies and evaluates the main models concerning the economic cycle developed after 1930. The leading element when reviewing the models is modern macroeconomics concern referring to the relationship between the general levels of economic activity and prices and the sources of instability arising from the "Supply Side", additional lo those that might take place because of financial and demand factors.
