Abstract: Prof. Dr. O. Bakker, lid van de Algemene Rekenkamer in Nederland heft onlangs onder bovenstaande titel een boek uitgegeven, dat in de eerste plaats bestemd is voor ambtenaren en candidaat-ambtenaren in de sector der openbare financien, die op cursussen of door eigen studie zich op hun terrein willen bekwamen. In de tweede plaats is het bruikbaar als propaedeuse Steratuur voor studenten aan Universiteit of Hogeschool, die openbare financien als een van hun studievakken hebben gekozen.
