Abstract:
New is the distinction being made between a Monetary Board, entrusted with matters of monetary policy and the Board of Management, in charge of the implementation of such policy and responsible for the credit-policies of the Bank. The Monetary Board consists of three members with equal voting powers : the Ministers of Economic Affairs and Finance and the Governor of the "Bank of Indonesia".
