Abstract:
The possibility to transfer some part of tbe actual planning activities from government level to self-governing institutions depends on the one hand on the legal provisions under which the Governmental Planning Authority is established, and on the other band on tbe existence of institutional organizations of economically interested social groups, which are able to deal with the problems of economic planning.
