Abstract: In zijn zitting van 6 Februari jl. nam de Raad van, Beroep voor Belastingzaken te Djakarta een pmerkelijke beslissing ineake de toepassing van de Wet op de Omzetbelasting 1950, welke beslissing evens van belang is voor toepassing van de Wet op de Verkoopbelasting 1951. De betreffende uitspraak, welke in extenso is afgedrukt op biz. 287en 288 van dit nummer, behandelt de volgende casuspositie.
