Stabiiization Through Monetization

Khouw Bian Tie

Economics and Finance in Indonesia, 1953, 452-460

Abstract: The instability of primary commodities or raw materials is a well known and undeniable fact. In many United Nations Studies the world's attention has repeatedly been drawn to this problem. It is a serious and many-sided issue. It affects the economy of the producing countries in the first place. But it equally affects thus, in more ways than one the economy of the consuming countries. It therefore affects the economy of the world as a whole.
