Abstract: Het onderhavige besluit dat uitsluitend op de heffing van vennootschapsbelasting betrekking heeft, bevat in de eerste plaats de lang verwacbte fiscale herwaarderingsregeling; daaronder zijn bepaalde categorieen van bedrijfsactiva begrepen, ongevter in de trant als bij het eerdergemelde scbrijven van de Directeur Generaal in qet vooruitzicht was gesteld.
