Abstract:
It is clearly realized thJt the planning work must be of a rigidly practical character and that its working authorization must stem from the views and preferences expressed by the National Planning Board. The preparation of a national economic plan for Indonesia is one of the major reasons given for the formation of the National Planning Bureau and the fact that other countries, in an increasing degree, are working on the basis of their respective plans, makes the work of the Bureau in this direction of even greater importance to the economy of Indonesia.
