Abstract:
This statement is especially aimed at the analysis of changes in the marketing structure since the end of the socalled "Liberal Economy" I period. The new marketing structure is the result of the process of events" which started with the nationalization of Dutch commercial enterprises i which were transformed into Government corporations, followed by the Government Ordinarice No. 10 in the middle of 1959. The factor which I determined the direction and speeded up the implementation of the change in the system of business and distribution has been the Presidential Decree of July 5, 1959. which returned the Government policy to the basis of the Constitution of 1945. The policy of Guided Economy has been formulated as the principle of economic relations which fits I into the reinforcement of the 1945 Constitution.
