Abstract:
To observe the effect of the high yielding rice varieties on the farmers allocation of his labor resources, we have calculated the average amount of labor in man-days which the sample farmers used, the percentage ot this labor that is hired, and the percentages oi the sample farmers who used hired and who used family labor by varieties.
