Indonesia Is a maritime and insular country and the world s largest independent political unit to be shaped in the form of an archipelago, ft would be entirely short-sighted if we do not begin to even formulate mxr thinking on future developments of sea utilization as an integral part of future developments of sea utilization as an integral part of future development efforts.
