Abstract: In the last two decades, the Indonesian economy, especially its monetary sector, has been undergoing dramatic changes. Therefore, it is posible to develop further an econometric model to investigate and predict - for example – the relationships between government expenditurCi money multiplier, international reserve and supply of money. However, it is always not easy to develop such a model in monetary economic, because attempts to derive single equation estimates of the relationship on the basis of observed data will result in a statistical construct that is neither a supply function nor a demand function.
