Abstract:
In answering to the question : "whether the capital market of Indonesia is wrong", one needs an objective criteria to measure. Number of listed companies, volume and value of transactions in the primary and secondary markets, stock price index, etc. may serve as yardsticks of the activities of the capital market, while capital mobilisation, equalizatiori of ownership, income and business opportunities can be regarded as success indicators of the mission.
