Abstract:
This study examines interdependency between industrial performance of two countries, using the 1975 and 1985 Indonesia-Japan Input-Output Tables. Structural changes occur in the two countries economies are also addressed. In order to calculate the level of inter industry feedback effect between two countries, the model of analysis is modified from a IRRIO (Interregional Input-output) two-region model. Formulation of this model is also explained in this study
