Abstract: The objective of this study is to know the contribution of the diversification of food and estate production to regional economy in Aceh and Southeast Sulawesi. The result of this study indicates that the increasing production diversification of those commodities increases their contribution to regional income. Therefore the diversification of food and estate production can serve as one source of future regional income growth.
