Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine effect of the political skills of the managers on reputation and trust. The research data is obtained from 104 employees of different restaurants running in various centers in Ankara. As a result it is find out that the linear relation between managers’ political skills and trust and reputation is statistically significant.
