Abstract: In the present research we aim to analyze the issue of informed consent, an ethical foundation in assessing the quality of medical services. Informed Consent (IC) "is the informed consent of the patient in connection with medical interventions that may have unpredictable consequences." (Cimpoeru, 2016). Therefore, obtaining this consent is made after informing the patient about the medical act to be performed, receiving all the information he needs to give his consent to the cause. The research is based on a questionnaire applied to a sample of 50 people from Dorohoi Municipal Hospital. This questionnaire contains questions about the application of IC, from the point of view of doctors, assistants and TESA. Within this research, we have tried to highlight the importance that these CIs attach to and how it is applied in practice.
