Abstract:
Consumer Contract in any form is the most common economic market contract. Although part of the institution's special contracts, the consumer contract is imposed excessive economic market just by the amount of the duties imposed between the two subject contractors. Therefore, besides current obligations laid down according to the type of contract, the contract sums also the consumer’s obligation of information, the obligation of counselling, the obligation of conformity, the obligation of security. However, we believe that the obligation to inform or in other opinions the advise obligation requires attention both theoretically and from the point of view of jurisprudence
