Abstract:
The article under discussion reveals certain ideas regarding the reasons, which have caused the introduction of Special Period in Ukraine. Unfortunately, jurisprudence does not give any distinct responses to numerous present-day important questions, related to managing the state’s economy under extreme circumstances. On the other hand, there is no doubt that modern legal system should react to extraordinary situations, as well as to learn how to minimize their harmful consequences in all fields of social life, including economy
