Abstract: Success in the local administration process is also supported by the way in which the local administrative mechanism is organized. Through the work done in this paper we aim to achieve the general objective of analyzing the organizational management at the local level in order to highlight the organizational peculiarities in relation to BerchiÅŸeÅŸti commune in Suceava County. The study conducted shows that this locality is the basic administrativeterritorial unit comprising the rural population, reunified through the community of interests and traditions, composed of component villages, depending on the economic, socialcultural, geographical and demographic conditions. From the analysis of the internal organization of the City Hall in the commune, we have found that this functional structure consists of the local council, the mayor, the deputy mayor, the secretary of the commune, together with its own specialized apparatus, as well as several organizational compartments, as structural units, all supporting the efficiency of local public management.
