Abstract: The judicial protection of the atmosphere is a current subject of interest as the atmosphere is an essential part of the biosphere itself. Consequently, certain national and international organizations have set up norms that focus on the protection against the damaging activities. The monitoring of the impact of the pollution of the atmosphere both on the population’s health and on the environment as well as the evaluation of the air quality are done based on the implementation of the national and international regulations.
