Abstract:
The paper "Reproducerea umana medical asistata. Etica incriminarii versus etica biologica. Studiu de drept comparat" is the only work of the Romanian legal doctrine dealing with the issues of human assisted reproduction, in vitro fertilization techniques and techniques having equivalent effect or derived from it, dealing with the treatment of the subject from the perspective of criminal law.
