Abstract: Based on the experience I gained throughout a few years, the importance of a systematic, balanced and confidential relationship between families and the nursery school proved to be true. The consequences of these experiences lead me to the decision to analyze the possibilities of maintaining relationships between parents and the nursery school. In the first part of the study I dealt with two vital scenes of child socialization: the importance of the family and the nursery school. In the other parts of the study I detailed the possibilities of maintaining relationships between the nursery school and parents and the applicability and efficiency of these relationships. I believe that a persistent relationship and communication are the bases for a good cooperation, which help in overcoming barriers and build a bridge between the home and the nursery school.
