Abstract: The paper Educational Management- Actuality and evolution is a presentation of the concept of educaþional management and at the same time highlight the need for professionalization of leadership educational institutes. Also, try to show that educational management should be done by professionals, people who have mastered the art of management methods and techniques, people balanced, moral and not least the people who really love children and education . Also present work aims to provide elements of general management and educational development of current and short of it.
