Abstract:
This study paper regarding the management of education focuses upon the importance of the preschool education and establishes need for the conceptual unity regarding the concept of quality. In a general sense, education is the process (action) by which development of the human personality is realized. It is a necessity for the individual and for society. As a result, it is a specifically human activity, carried out in the context of social human existence and at the same time is a specific social phenomenon, an attribute of society, a condition of the perpetuation and progression. Therefore, it is reported, at the same time to the society and the individual. As a form of education , the formal education can be identified by an organized, systematic and institutionalized characteristic. The whole process of permanent education, it is a period of intensive training which is a central goal of educational action.
