Abstract: Management indicates a certain mentality, a personal manner, but also an art-handling, drive resources (Human), elements of the organization, which corresponds to consider itself as a science and art education. Educational management methodology would be an optimal global approach-education-strategic activity, but not a leadership model based unit of the education system, applicable by the school complex. Management education / teaching occurs as interdisciplinary teaching discipline, studying "events that occur in the decision of organizing a determined pedagogical activities and in management education programs".
