Abstract:
Country risk analysis expresses financial probability losses in international affairs, losses generated by certain macroeconomic events and/ or policy of the analyzed country and is generated by the interaction of many political, economic and social factors, manifested as a complex reality that affects every social transition. International Country Risk Guide groups the components of the country risk into three categories: political, economic and financial. Based on these risk categories is determined the rating of the composite risk (aggregate) for the country. On the basis of risk categories are determined risk rating composite (aggregate) for the country. In determining and reviewing the rating of each category of risk specific components are considered. As a result, the sum of risk points for each component of risk (risk in each category) is fully determined the risk for this category.
