Abstract: The article makes a comparison between the Romanian and the Moldavian regulations regarding the juridical act and its validity conditions, underlining the delicate regime differences found. The definition of the juridical act, the restraint performance ability of the minors aged 7-14 years, the curatorship of the minors aged 14-18 years and the condition of the juridical act regarding the obeying of the law, the public order and the good morals stipulated in the Moldavian legislation are taken into discussion.
