Abstract:
The article treats with the witness proof regulation in the new Civil Procedure Code. Aspects regarding the testimony definition, the persons that cannot testify, the persons that are exempted from testifying and the rules of testimony admissibility, with a special accent on the witness proof of juridical acts, ending with the proving power of the testimony. The author underlines the subtle differences between the old and the new Civil procedure regulation.
