Abstract: This review is about the book entitled Administrative Contracts. Legal regulation and typology (Contracte administrative: reglementare legala si tipologie, Editura Lumen, Iasi, Romania), the author of which is Mrs. Lecturer PhD. Liana-Teodora Pascariu. The book was published at Lumen Publishing House in Iasi in 2017 and manages to develop in a detailed manner the regime of administrative contracts, starting from a historical look at the appearance of administrative contracts and analyzing the evolution of the theory of administrative contracts, including a section on Administrative contracts in the comparative law.
