Abstract: The author of the volume Persoana fizica in dreptul international public - prolegomene, [The individual in the public international law - prolegomena], as Professor PhD Ioan Anghel mentioned in the „Foreword” of the book, wrote a lot and well. In her new book, the author gives us a special opportunity for intellectual exercise – that by presenting rules – legal norms and formulating ideas and personal opinions, we fell involved in a process of reflection in a field of great interest and high curentness, through the complexity of the issue of human rights for the nowdays society.
