Abstract: Throughout history, the UN's role in decolonising Namibia, in monitoring human rights in San Salvador, in the Nicaraguan elections, in the administration of Cambodia, and in most peacekeeping missions can not be denied. "The World peace" has never been able to be made, and even 65 years after the constitutive act was signed, instability and insecurity continue to exist. The recent events, as will be shown below, will show that there are still wars of aggression, that contemporary events abound in examples of peace and war crimes, against which action is based on political criteria and not legal.
