Abstract: The motivation to choose the theme of micro-research " Respecting the Ethical Values in the Code of Conduct of the Public Servants in the Suceava County City Hall " is due to its timeliness and to the fact that it is regulated by the rules of professional behavior of civil servants. These provisions of the "Code of Conduct for Civil Servants" are mandatory for persons who hold a public office within the public authorities and institutions of the central and local public administration, as well as within the autonomous administrative authorities.
