Abstract: Appreciative group socialization appeared of the active collaboration of specialists from the Bureau of Support and Advice for Disabled People, the Diecesan Centre of Caritas (www.caritas-iasi.ro), active volunteers and service users involved. It added that an important role in the process of analyzing the needs of beneficiaries to participate in group. The analysis was conducted in a pragmatic manner as their experiences of beneficiaries involved as volunteers, other volunteers involved in practical and analyzing records of beneficiaries, especially the social surveys. An important role was played by the views of beneficiaries and the desire to involve volunteers. Apprecitive group socialization comprised of a number of elements taken from the literature that treats this subject, and a number of elements of appreciative inquiry, the process of socialization, the process of empowerment and also the partnership process.
