Abstract: We aim at exposing the elements of originality from the volume Social Work Practice: Research Techniques and Intervention Models, and to emphasize the elements of novelty brought to the field of social work in the Romanian context. Is this volume a representative one in the social work practice? Could practitioners use this source of information in their own practice? Those are two of the questions for whose answers we review the volume in discussions.
