Abstract:
In a dynamic world the change, the progress is manifested scientifically, methodologically and instrumentally in relation to the techniques and technologies but also in relation to mentalities, attitudes and behaviours. Consequently, the process of modern learning cannot ignore these changes. Thus, the pedagogy tries to vary its methods and adapt it to the school population. The effort of the methods’ modernization is obvious through the distancing from the methods based on memorization and repetition in favour of the ones centred on active participation. Methods such as the ice-breaking games, dramatization, problematization, brainstorming, Phillips-66 practice, simulation, during which the teacher becomes facilitator, mediator of the teaching process started to make way more and more in the education practice in different degrees of thoroughness or along with some of the traditional methods.
